CORRECTIONS POLICY

Corrections Policy

How factual errors, source mismatches, and material omissions are reviewed and corrected.

Last updated August 25, 2026

Vital Peptide Lab evaluates correction requests against the available evidence. A useful request identifies the exact page and statement, explains the suspected problem, and provides a source that can be checked.

Use the editorial Contact form.

Submit correction requests through the Contact page and identify the exact page, statement, concern, and supporting source. Do not send medical records or personal treatment questions.

Correction workflow

  1. Log the issue: record the page URL, quoted text, reason, and supporting source.
  2. Review the evidence: compare the request with the cited source and the article’s existing source set.
  3. Classify the change: typographical fix, clarification, substantive correction, update, or no change.
  4. Publish transparently: correct the text, update the modified date, and add a note when the change affects interpretation.

What may trigger an update

  • A new approval, warning, recall, enforcement notice, or material compounding update.
  • A well-matched study that changes the confidence or limits of a conclusion.
  • A retraction, corrected paper, broken official record, or citation mismatch.
  • A factual error or omission that could materially change a reader’s understanding.

What does not guarantee a change

Disagreement with a conclusion, commercial preference, or a request to remove accurate criticism does not by itself establish an error. Decisions are based on the relevance and quality of the evidence.
